During the past 6+ years, I provide various digital solutions for different types of users: internal advisors, end customers, and our design&digital teams. Throughout this journey, I've navigated many challenges, from understanding complex domain knowledge to mastering the art of collaboration with various stakeholders. This evolved me from a design novice focusing on interfaces to a strategist with systems thinking capabilities.
